"I'm a new client. Do I really NEED a consultation?"

YES. Our technical services that involve any type of chemical, dyes or aesthetic treatments 100% need a consultation and a skin test at least 48hrs before the service can be booked. Not only do we value your safety but we also need to be on the same page about what is expected from your services.  

"I missed my appointment by accident! Why have I been charged?"

As our services can take a long time (Sometimes up to 6-7 hours) a missed appointment with no or late notice can wipe out our staffs schedule for the day. For this reason we have a strict late cancellation / no-show policy in place. 

Late notice (Less than 48hrs) = 50% of full appointment price. 

Noshow = 100% of full appointment price. 

"Why are some colour prices from ?"

Prices on colour services are from as it depends on how many hours it takes to perform what has been asked.

Prices are reflective of experience, education and skill set. 

"I had a message from something called Fresha asking for details. Do I need to confirm my appointment with this?"

Yes. 

Fresha is our software of choice which protects our staff and business from No-shows and cancellations. Please input your details. You will not be charged anything for confirming your appointment. All your details are secure and these messages are automated. 

"Can I bring my friend to wait with me whilst I have my service?"

Our salon is a small space and we specifically operate on a 1 : 1 basis to create a relaxing atmosphere for the client. We only have capacity for the person attending the appointment (unless a child having a cut  accompanied with an adult or client with carer)

"Will my colour fade out?"

Yes. All colour fades. It is almost impossible to predict how many washes Demi, Semi or toning colour will last as this really depends on the hairs condition, how many times it is washed, if you've sat outside in sunlight, has it had heat everyday, the hairs history and so on. 

If we feel a colour is going to fade fast we usually recommend booking in for a toner or for vivid clients we recommend taking home a pot of colour to refresh at home before revisiting.

"Why can't I just get the colour I want right now?"

There are a lot of things to consider when colouring. As professionals we have to respect that the colours we use are chemicals that can react and cause damage if not used correctly or with the proper procedures. Variables also come in to play such as : Previous colour build up, condition of the hair, possible damage, any products that may prevent the service from taking place and so on. We love to get you to your #hairgoals. But safely. Condition is king, slow and steady wins every time

"Do you have any policies in place I should know about?"

Sure! We have policies in place to protect our clients, staff and business.

"Where can I park on my visit?"

There is street parking available. However this is only available for 1 Hour or unlimited time after 6pm.
